This easy soak is great if you want to take a nice, relaxing bath.
I took a “make your own” tea bag and added 1 tablespoon of dried chamomile and 1 tablespoon of lavender pellets. I tossed this into the tub while I ran a hot bath. Then I lit some candles, turned on nice, relaxing music, and let myself soak for awhile.
This is a particularly great soak to try before bed, since lavender and chamomile are both calming herbs.
